There were some flashbacks but they are confusing and I had to read those paragraphs several times because I couldn’ tell they were parts from the past. More the soothing presence of Christian arrives to him and more he starts to relaxe and to enjoy what the life has in reserve for him.
Jonah never forgot Christian, even though he cut off all contact with the boy. A Fostered Love is full of hot sex, sweet enough characters and a great plot. Christian has such a good soul you just want everything in the world of happiness for the guy.
Just overly flowery and too formal in the way they discussed their emotions. Plus they were not pink hearts and Lisa Frank unicorns kind of characters, you know. Christian must overcome his grief and Jonah must deal with his insecurities if the two are ever going to be happy.

A Fostered Love Author: Cameron does a wonderful job in describing Jonah’s character.
He did that in the past when they where teens, and he does it again now, both in their day-to-day life than during sex; Jonah bounces and Christian welcomes, and with his welcoming he is also dictating the relationship, and this evolution is reflected also in their lovemaking: This book was hot.

I enjoyed the journey and felt the ending was good, leaving me completely satisfied and happy for Christian and Jonah. The culmination of a poor and dysfunctional childhood has left Jonah completely emotionally stunted and unable to have even casual communication with other people.
