Definitely the best book I’ve read so far this year. It’s great for history, but if you want a book to learn from, this is not it. It has lots of information about the career and motivation of designers. I bought this mogtridge thinking it would give examples and insight into product and interaction designs.
Good book about intwractions design process, but some of the stuff they spotlight at the end is really creepy, and kind of illustrates how designers can make some dumb shit. He designed the first laptop computer, the Grid Compass. Then it wouldn’t just be a history book of interaction design but something where learning could be integrated with the history.
